When the sea container no longer sails....

The maritime container, after +/- 12 years of loyal service on the world's seas, is now on land, on the local rather than the international market, offering new and numerous possibilities for use;

it's the container's new life.

This new life is possible because of its many qualities;

  • The container is structurally very solid, its construction standards are very rigorous,

  • It is watertight,

  • It is secure,

  • It can be stacked on several heights (sometimes up to 8 heights),

  • It can also be transported and worked very easily because its dimensions are ISO standardized.

For a very reasonable cost, a container can enable you to store a large volume of material, permanently or otherwise. Whether you're a company or a private individual (dry, refrigerated or frozen goods).

But storage isn't the only solution in the container's new life. Many other options are possible after a few transformations. It can become a site office, a base, a store, a restaurant, a bar, a café, a swimming pool, a showroom, a house, a garden shed, a pool house, etc.

Another possibility: given the vagaries of the market and transport, as an importer or exporter you may be faced with a lack of space; in which case, to avoid a long-term investment, you have the emergency solution of renting.

It's also worth noting that many architects and artists have appropriated them, for less lucrative but equally interesting purposes. The Internet is full of original and magnificent creations.
